Sometimes I wonder if I’m an irresponsible reader if I start several books and never finish them at one time. I have books that I started ages ago and I have yet to finish them because I got distracted by a new book that I discovered, only to repeat the same thing. Right now, I’ve started a lot of new books that I hoarded over the recent holiday season while at the same time picking up on books that I haven’t finished from summer vacation.
Again, I should feel irresponsible for my short attention span (though I never forget about a book EVER)….
…. But then I remember that it’s probably due to people like me who propel the bookmark-making business.
If people only read one book at one time, then why do people buy so many pretty bookmarks? :P
