Literacy Sponsor
My mother was a major positive literacy sponsor. She would read a lot to me when I was little and in school she would encourage me to read bigger books and helped me read the first Harry potter book in third grade and then encouraged me to read he others by my self. Before I began to listen to audio books, she would give me a book to read in he car when we went somewhere. While I no longer read with my mother, she was a big part of my love of reading that I have has ever since.
